In Manila, during the commemorative event marking the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (TAC) in Southeast Asia, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, engaged in a series of pivotal bilateral discussions.
