SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and LiCAP Technologies, Inc. have announced a strategic partnership to scale LiCAP’s Activated Dry Electrode® technology for Nissan’s all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs).
The solvent-free electrode process offers improved performance, lower costs, and greater sustainability compared to conventional methods.

The alliance supports Nissan’s Ambition 2030 plan to accelerate electrification and advance next-generation EV technologies.
