SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and LiCAP Technologies, Inc. have announced a strategic partnership to scale LiCAP’s Activated Dry Electrode® technology for Nissan’s all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs).
The solvent-free electrode process offers improved performance, lower costs, and greater sustainability compared to conventional methods.
“This collaboration strengthens our shared vision of delivering cleaner, more efficient EV battery solutions,” said Dr. Linda Zhong, CEO of LiCAP.
The alliance supports Nissan’s Ambition 2030 plan to accelerate electrification and advance next-generation EV technologies.
